New article on Global Teachers’ Key Competences Framework

A new article on the Global Teachers’ Key Competences Framework (WP1) has been published. In this paper, it is explained the process followed to build up this Framework, from the identification and analysis of the already existing frameworks, to the discussion and validation of the framework proposed within the TKCOM project.
