Building up Chinese Primary Teachers’ Key Competences through a Global Competence-based Framework

In-service teachers’ training on Competence-Based Approach

The partners from Northwest Normal University (Lanzhou) hold a training course for in-service primary teachers. This course aimed to train in-service primary teachers in the Competence-Based Approach so that they can implement it in their primary classrooms.

This dissemination activity is part of the WP 4 and it is part of the third stage of TKCOM project:

  • Step 1: Development of teachers’ key competence framework.
  • Step 2: Teacher trainers’ training and CBA implementation at the University level.
  • Step 3: Transfer of CBA to Chinese primary schools.
